| Specification: | Order processing procedure :
1.Customer need to provide us specific BOM , technical request and other relevant data along with prototype. It is essential to inform us the description of the elaborated product , quantities , the time of delivery and materials who gives.
2 According to request of processing, our sales Dept. organize the related department to evaluate the order by the prototype which we could quote suitable price and discuss processing technical agreement.
3.After confirming processing order by our customer and accepting all of terms in the processing technical agreement by mutual consent, we will provide official processing technical agreement .
4. After confirmation, all the related files will be sent to engineering Dept. for compiling processing operation instruction immediately
5.When materials are sent to our company, we will carry out a series of preparation work, including incoming quality control, baking IC& PCB , molding materials and other indispensable preparation.
6. Production line get going on processing product in light of request of processing technics after materials are all arrived and pretreated.
7. In the process of production and manufacturing , Both parties involved must keep a close touch and communication. Our customer have the right to send their technician on construction site for guidance and supervision .
8. We will provide you products on time in terms of quality and quantity as processing agreement presented.
9. Customer must pay off all expense within the time the contract stipulates. |
